ELIMINATE THE RISK POSED BY FOREIGN MATERIAL CONTAMINATION

A common problem encountered during the manufacturing process of bulk chemicals, food stuff and food ingredients is the risk posed by non-metallic foreign material. This material can not be isolated with metal detector and magnetic traps. As a result, foreign material can be inadvertently introduced to the final product. Conventional vibratory separators (i.e. screening decks) take up considerable space, can be mechanically challenging and expensive to integrate with existing processes, especially closed contained systems. Additionally, they are difficult to clean thoroughly.

The Quadro Sifter was developed as a solution for the capture and removal of small amounts extraneous matter from batch processing of bulk solids. The gentle action of the sifter, also available with an internal deflector bar, serves to break up loosely agglomerated solids without generating any unwanted dust or fine material.
