Free Process Testing

To guarantee that you achieve precise results, Quadro encourages all customers to take advantage of free process testing at our R&D Test Centre. Quadro can also offer a rental F10 for product testing at your facility. Our qualified personnel will assist you in training your operators to use the machine and maximize the full potential the F10 offers.

Principle of Operation

Raw material is control fed into the control chamber where a rotating impeller imparts a vortex flow pattern to the incoming product. Through centrifical acceleration, the product is directed to the screen surface ensuring optimal delivery into the action zone where size reduction takes place. The finished product is then discharged from the milling chamber into the collection system.
