Quadro offers complete solutions for dry product dust-free conveying, lifting devices and flexible connections between various upstream and downstream equipment.

Quadro Vac^®

The Quadro Vac is an operator-friendly, sanitary pneumatic conveyor. Featuring simple, adjustable "air logic" controls, a rugged mechanism with auto-cycle and self-cleaning filter (backwash), the Quadro Vac is ideal for today's processing environments. An optional computerized User Interface Control allows pre-programming for each product, significantly reducing set-up time. The Quadro Vac can be fully integrated with Quadro Comil^® and Quadro Ytron^® products or used as a stand-alone unit.

Quadro^® Lift:

The Quadro Lift is designed to raise or lower process equipment to any height requirement for easy maintenance or cleaning. The Quadro Lift features a vertical column that swivels 360° for easy load maneuvering; a compact design; integral switches for precise load positioning and safety interlocking; variable speed capabilities with auto ramp-up speed feature for quick efficient position changes; and a totally enclosed, sanitary design. As a result, the Quadro Lift can be designed to fit your exact needs.

Both the Quadro Vac and Quadro Lift are manufactured in stainless steel, making both products easy to clean and ideal for sanitary environments.

Quadro^®-Connect:

The new and improved Quadro-Connect provides quick and easy sanitary connections and is made from translucent, silicone FDA compliant materials. It maintains a smoother sanitary transition when compared to traditional connecting methods resulting in improved product flow and decreased product retention. The Quadro-Connect allows for easy access to connected machinery ensuring thorough cleaning and reducing changeover time.

Quadro Sifters

Quadro Conical Sifters provide high capacity screening to complement the strict requirements of the pharmaceutical, food, chemical and cosmetic industries. Quadro Sifters pre-screen material before entering downstream equipment, preventing machinery damage and contamination of final processed product which could be caused by over-sized impurities in the infeed material. The Quadro Sifter is compact in design and, unlike traditional sifters, produces very low noise and no vibration. Multiple designs are available to accommodate a range of applications and equipment styles.
