Overview

Quadro was recently approached by a major chemical manufacturer to supply a custom designed post lift for their processing system. The lift was required to precisely position 250 lb intermediate bulk containers (IBC's) over the downstream processing equipment, in a sanitary environment. A stainless steel design was offered with a swing mechanism to position the bulk containers in and out of position at various heights during the process.

The Quadro Lift comes with variable speed capabilities and an auto ramp-up speed feature for quick, efficient position changes and integral switches allowing for precise load positioning and safety interlocking. Quadro offers lifts in manual, electrical and pneumatic designs including portable and wall/floor mount models.
