Enhanced Deagglomeration &
Product Smoothing
In a head-to-head comparison on a lumpy guar gum slurry a
conventional shear pump failed to de-lump agglomerates below
3mm, whereas the ShearFX was able to remove all visible traces
of lumps/fish-eyes.
Extending into Emulsions
The enhancement
in ShearFX technology extends the use of shear pumps into
new applications involving emulsions. See chart 1 below
for reference.
